Sean Leggett

Sales Consultant

After graduating university in Fashion Design in June 2016, I made the spontaneous move to York in the hopes of finding something new. After months of job searching within the fashion world and to no success, I stumbled upon an advert for a sales consultant at Beaverbrooks. Hesitant at first, I applied thinking my love of fashion and styling would help me out and I’ve always loved jewellery.

After a successful interview and on the job experience, I was offered the job and started in November 2016. What was at first only going to be a job for a few months until I found something more suited to me, ended up becoming one of my biggest passions. Three years later, and there is not a chance of me leaving. I have absolutely fallen in love with jewellery and more so Beaverbrooks as a company. Being a part of someone’s special moments is a wonderful feeling and something that you or the customers never forget.

“Beaverbrooks is a family business and you can really feel that from every aspect of the job”

Beaverbrooks is a family business and you can really feel that from every aspect of the job. In 2019, I had the pleasure of attending the shining star evening in Blackpool which was an amazing night to celebrate success. It was such a great year for celebration with the company also celebrating it’s 100-year anniversary. I’m positive I will have a long and enjoyable career ahead of me at Beaverbrooks.
