Each item is hand-packed with care and attention, then sent to you in discreet outer packaging with no mention of Beaverbrooks on the outside. So if you’re ordering a gift, or planning a surprise, you can be safe in the knowledge it will remain a secret!

Covid-19: Our latest delivery update

At present there are no delays to despatch and we’re pleased to offer next day delivery 7 days a week. Our couriers are dealing with exceptionally high volumes and so it is possible that some deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. Once your order is despatched, you’ll be sent a tracking link so can you can check the progress of your parcel.

Our couriers have made the following changes to their services to adhere to government guidelines:

  • They will no longer be handing over a hand-held device for you to sign. Instead they will record your name and/or take a picture for proof of delivery.
  • They will step away from your door after knocking or ringing the doorbell, just in case you are self-isolating.
  • If you’re not able to answer the door, they will leave a calling card with details of how you or a friend/family member can collect your parcel.

Standard Delivery:

Free on orders over £30, £3.95 for orders under £30

  • Delivery is within 2 working days for orders placed before 2pm
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link
  • Next Day Delivery:

    Free on orders over £350, £5.95 on orders under £350

  • Order before 8pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery
  • Order before 7pm Saturday and Sunday for next day delivery
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link
  • Please note, not all of our items will be available for next day delivery.

    *Next day delivery in the following places will take 2 days: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles. Scottish Islands will take 2-5 days.

    Nominated Day Delivery:

    Free on orders over £350, £5.95 on orders under £350

  • Choose a preferred delivery day within a 2-week period of your order date (includes Saturdays and Sundays)
  • Your order will be delivered by DPD, who will provide you with a 1 hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link
  • Please note, not all of our items will be available for nominated day delivery.

    Click & Collect:

    Free on orders over £30, £2.95 for orders under £30

  • Get your order delivered to any Beaverbrooks store or to one of 12,000 Post Office branches
  • 2-3 working days
  • Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail if you choose a Post Office branch as your collection point
  • You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking link

    Reserve Online & Collect In-store:

    Reserve an item online for free and pick it up in one of our stores.

  • Pick up in as little as 2 hours
  • We’ll hold the item for 2 days
  • No deposit needed – pay when you collect
  • Republic of Ireland Delivery

    £6.95 (Approximately €7.90) on orders under £500 (Approximately €568), free on orders over £500

  • Up to 7 working days
  • Your order will be delivered by Anpost
  • Euro prices are estimates and will depend on exchange rate at the time of order.

    Exceptions to delivery times

    Ring Sizes

    Some ring sizes may have longer delivery times, but we’ll let you know if this is the case. The estimated delivery times on the product pages will be reflective of this.

    Fraud

    At Beaverbrooks we take fraud seriously and do all we can to prevent fraudulent transactions. Our checks are rigorous, essential and are completed as standard for every transaction in order to protect both your security and that of our business. If an order does not pass the security checks in place we will contact the card holder to confirm that the order is valid.

    Whilst we’ll endeavour to meet your promised delivery date, if we do need to carry out further security checks, there may be a slight delay with your order.

    Finance

    If you decide to make your purchase with Finance we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive your order within the individual time stated for each product. Due to the credit application process, it may take longer for you to receive your items, although we will try our best to reduce delay and will contact you to give you an estimated delivery date.

    Bank Holidays

    Orders are not processed on Bank Holidays so please allow extra time for delivery when placing your order around Bank Holidays. Estimated delivery dates presented on the product pages and in the checkout will be reflective of Bank Holidays where applicable.

    We'll do our best to make sure your order gets to you on time but please be aware that in severe or adverse conditions, our couriers may be unable to meet the advertised delivery times.
