We accept the following payment methods: Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Interest Free Credit (PayPal Credit or V12 Retail Finance), Klarna, Interest Bearing Credit (V12 Retail Finance) and Beaverbrooks gift cards. e also offer Klarna as an interest free payment option on purchase between £50 - £500; choose from either pay 30 days after delivery or pay in 3 equal instalments. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.
You can pay for your purchase in full using a Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, or Beaverbrooks gift card. Yes, this is the same process as paying with a Visa or Mastercard.
You can pay via multiple debit or credit cards over the phone with our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329, or when purchasing in store. We can accept payment from one debit or credit card only when purchasing online, although you can pay via Beaverbrooks gift card and debit or credit card if the purchase total exceeds your gift card balance.

Yes. We offer Klarna as an interest free payment option on purchase between £50 - £500, which doesn’t require an application and carries out a soft search only; choose from either pay 30 days after delivery or pay in 3 equal instalments. Promotional codes can be used in-store, over the phone or online. You can apply your code online by entering it in the promotional code box in your basket.
Gift cards
Any vouchers which are not Beaverbrooks gift cards or Beaverbrooks promotion codes, can be used in-store only. You can easily locate your closest branch online below.

Beaverbrooks gift cards are non-returnable; however, they are not personalised and therefore can be gifted. For full information please visit the link below.

Our Beaverbrooks gift cards can be used online at the payment stage in checkout, in-store or over the phone with our sales team.
Beaverbrooks gift cards are valid for 24 months from purchase, which can be found in the terms and conditions on the back of the card. We cannot reactivate or accept expired gift cards.
Price promise
Found your dream item cheaper elsewhere? We will happily match the price of branded items providing the request meets our Price Promise T&Cs:
- It is an identical product that is in stock.
- The retailer is an authorised stockist.
- The price may be advertised online or in-store, providing that the retailer has a physical store in the UK.
- The Beaverbrooks Price Promise is not available against online only retailers.

The price promise request must match our terms and conditions. Some examples include (but are not limited to): the alternative retailer not being an authorised stockist of the brand, being an online only retailer, the product not being identical or in stock. We aim to get back to all our customers within 24 hours of your submitting your request. This may take a little longer on bank holidays.
This depends on the terms offered by the retailer we are price matching against. We will always let you know whether we require payment in full or can offer finance option, depending on what the alternative retailer is offering. Please note we cannot offer any terms above 36 months finance.
Our price matches cannot be used in conjunction with any other Beaverbrooks promotion or discount code.
We will contact you via email to advise whether your request has been successful. This will be either in the form of an online discount code or an offer to use over the phone depending on terms.
Yes, providing the team in store can validate your request. Please either present your accepted price promise email to the team or speak with them regarding the request, which they will be happy to investigate. Subject to availability.

Please come back to us within 7 days of purchase and we will happily consider your price promise request. Please note if your item is purchased on finance, the difference will be reimbursed to you either via a Beaverbrooks gift card, or you will need to complete a new finance agreement at the new price.
