Can my ring be resized?
Yes, but it depends on the style of the ring. Usually stone set bands, rings with stone set shoulders or intricate designs cannot be resized as this can compromise the security of the stones. Please visit one of our stores with your ring where our friendly team will happily advise regarding options.
What should I do if my ring cannot be resized?
Diamond set rings which cannot be directly resized will usually need to have the original diamonds re-set in a band of the correct size, although this may not always be the case with other rings. Please rest assured our team in store will always provide best options available once they have inspected your ring.
How much do you charge for ring resizing?
This is subjective to the service required, the metal and style of the ring. We provide a free resizing service within your first 12 months of purchase on ring styles which can be resized directly.
Can I extend my necklace and/or bracelet?
We have a range of 1–4-inch extenders for our Beaverbrooks jewellery, discover our extenders online here or please ask our team in store for more information.
Do you offer watch bracelet alterations and is there a charge?
Absolutely. We offer free of charge watch link removals in any of our stores when you’ve purchased with us. For watches not purchased with Beaverbrooks, there is a £15 charge to have your links removed. This is subject to us having the required tools for your watch and a brand that we stock. We can also alter bracelets before despatch for TAG Heuer, OMEGA, Breitling and TUDOR watches, simply tell us your wrist size in the checkout.

When purchasing an OMEGA, TAG Heuer, TUDOR or Breitling watch with us, you can select an option for alteration online. If you are purchasing a different brand, please give our Customer Service & Sales Team a call on 0800 169 2329 for further information regarding links to be removed before despatch. Please note this can delay your delivery.
How do I find out the size of my wrist?

What cleaning services do you offer?
Can you clean non-Beaverbrooks jewellery and is there a charge?
We would need to see your item in store first, to ensure we have the necessary cleaning equipment and facilities to help. Our team in store will provide their professional opinion and advise on a charge depending on what service is required.
What should I do if my product is damaged or requires repair?
Please bring your item to one of our stores along with your proof of purchase and the team will be happy to inspect the product and advise on options.
How much do you charge for rhodium coating?
Rhodium coating is priced at £47 and takes approximately 10 working days, except for the Christmas period, when it may take a little longer. Just visit your nearest store where our friendly team will help get this sorted for you. If you can’t make it into store, then call our Customer Service & Sales Team on 0800 169 2329 for more advice.
My item is not from Beaverbrooks, can I bring it in for repair?
We would need to see the product in store first, where the team will provide you with professional advice on whether we are able to help with a repair.
Where do you repair items?
Branded items will be sent to the brand or a repair centre authorised by them. Our Beaverbrooks products will be sent to the corresponding manufacturers or one of our trusted goldsmiths depending on the product and service required.
How long do repairs take?
This is subjective to the product, brand/manufacturer and the work which is required. The team in store will always update you with a timeframe for your individual case.
Why is my repair chargeable?
Repairs to rectify damage caused by anything other than a manufacturing fault will be chargeable. All repairs are professionally assessed by experts in their field and the team in store will communicate any charges with you before going ahead with work.
What is a special order?
Any purchase which has been altered to your requirement. This includes rings which have been made in sizes we do not usually stock, jewellery made in alternative metals, watch or jewellery parts we do not stock and any products outside of our current range. My ring size is out of stock, what can I do?

Can you set my stones into one of your existing designs?
This isn’t a service we currently provide.
Do you offer bespoke designs?
We do not offer a bespoke design service; however, we may be able to offer certain pieces of our jewellery in alternative precious metals. Please visit us in-store for more information.
Can you source watch models which are outside of your current range?
Our team in store will be happy to request price and availability for any models we do not stock, providing they are stockists of the given brand.
Do you offer engraving?
We offer engraving via any of our stores, it takes approximately 10 working days. The current price is £50 for the first 10 characters. After that, 11-25 additional characters are +£2 per letter and 26-36 additional characters are +£1 per letter.
Can you offer alternative bracelet and necklace/chain lengths?
Any alternative lengths will be advertised on the product page. We do also offer some bracelet and necklace extenders, discover them online here or please ask our team in store for more information.
