My career began with Beaverbrooks in 2005 in our Braehead branch as sales consultant. I had never considered a career within jewellery however I happened to pass the store and saw an advert in the window. Upon entering the store I was welcomed with a warm and friendly atmosphere and was encouraged to fill out an application. This is where we career began. It became apparent that culturally and ethically Beaverbrooks matched my own values, working with a passion to create amazing customer experiences. This enabled my career to progress quickly and I soon became a Supervisor at Braehead and completed our Management Development Programme. The skills I gained both through this and in store allowed me to progress to Assistant Manager of our East Kilbride branch and then following this I then jumped at the opportunity to open my own branch in Livingston, where I am currently based.
As Branch Manager I have recruited and helped develop a team of individuals who truly value our customers and strive to deliver an experience unmatched in Livingston. We are privileged in that we get to make dreams come true for our customers every day. The role is challenging, exciting, and no two days are the same. Working with a team that has grown with the same ethos and desire has enabled the branch to be successful and I’m excited for the future of the branch and the company.Back to careers
