• Should I choose jewellery or a watch as a gift for my loved one?

  Both jewellery and watches make beautiful and meaningful gifts. If they love to layer jewellery and accessorise their outfits, then a jewellery gift will be the perfect choice. If you know they'd love something to enhance their everyday look, then a watch would be the ultimate gift.

  There are so many types of jewellery gifts and watch gifts to consider when buying your loved one a present. For example, an initial necklace makes a lovely personal present, whereas a smartwatch is ideal for the fitness-focussed. For something extra special, a luxury watch or diamond jewellery are great to gift when celebrating a milestone moment.

• What should I consider when choosing a jewellery gift set?

  Jewellery gift sets are a perfect gift for someone who loves to coordinate. Whether it’s a jewellery gift set that they can wear every day, or one to be saved for special occasions, they’re the ultimate way to gift a loved one with something to treasure. We have many jewellery gift sets in different metals and stones, and from different brands too. When choosing a jewellery gift set, consider if your loved one likes to wear silver or gold jewellery, or gemstones like diamonds and pearls. Would they like a jewellery gift set with colour, or a more simple style?

• Does Beaverbrooks offer engraving on jewellery gift sets?

  If you’d like to add a sentimental engraving to a jewellery gift set, we offer engraving via any of our stores. If your jewellery gift set is eligible for engraving, it takes approximately 10 working days, and the current price for the first 10 characters is £50. After the first 10 letters, the price to engrave between 11-25 additional characters is +£2 per letter. It costs +£1 per letter for any additional 26-36 characters. • Can I personalise a Beaverbrooks jewellery gift set item?

  We do not offer a bespoke design experience, although for some jewellery gift sets, we may be able to engrave a personal message for you or a loved one, this depends on the jewellery gift set piece. To alter how your jewellery set looks, we may be able to change the piece into an alternative precious metal.

• How can I get jewellery measurements for surprise gifting a loved one?

  We love the idea of surprising your loved one with a jewellery gift! We know how important it is to get the size of your jewellery gift right. We offer some jewellery pieces such as necklaces and bracelets in different chain lengths, and this will be displayed on the product page of the piece.

• Can I return a jewellery set given to me as a gift?

  When giving a jewellery gift, make sure to obtain a gift receipt at the time of purchase, in-store or online We’re confident that you or someone else will love their jewellery gift. However, if something’s not quite right, you can return your unworn jewellery gift within 30 days via post or your nearest store. • How do Beaverbrooks gift cards work?

  If you’re unsure when looking for the perfect watch or jewellery gift, give the gift of choice with a Beaverbrooks Gift Card. You can purchase one in-store or online. You can put between £10 - £5,000 on your Beaverbrooks Gift Card, and the amount is completely up to you.

  To redeem your Gift Card on any watch, diamonds, or jewellery gift, you can use it as a payment method both in-store, or online with the PIN number on the reverse of your Gift Card.

• What's your returns policy for Swiss watches?

  If purchased online, fill out the returns label and tick whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange on your Swiss watch. For in-store purchases, visit your nearest Beaverbrooks store and we’ll be able to help with the return or exchange of your Swiss watch. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.

• What payment options do you offer?

  We accept payments for most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Delta on your Swiss watch. We also accept PayPal and PayPal Credit on your Swiss watch, and Klarna is available on Swiss watch purchases under £350.
