I bought this for my wife’s birthday and she was very happy with it. The only downside is it took me 20 minutes to untangle the chain which was very knotted, it rather spoiled the moment. I think more care should be taken when packaging such items.

Purchased this lovely white gold diamond heart pendant for my daughters 40th birthday, diamonds are also her birthstone so was just perfect, she loved it, looks really lovely and when the sun shines on it it is really sparkles. So pleased with the purchase.

I bought this for my wife as a get well present as she became seriously ill and spent many days in hospital. I was very excited and was promised next day delivery which was perfect for the returning home of my wife. This was all part of the contract of which I had agreed and paid for. Next day came and went, no sign of the necklace. I called the nearest shop for an update and was told delivery and shops are two separate entities and that they can't even look at the order. They were helpful but it didn't help me at that time. Very disappointing service, the necklace is lovely but this failed delivery had upset me and ruined my plans.

Lovely necklace. My husband bought it for my upcoming birthday. Much smaller than the on line photo and quite delicate but very pretty.

My husband has bought this for my birthday. I chose it myself and it was greatly reduced. I love white gold and diamonds even though I am elderly. The heart is a nice size and it is very sparkly. Nothing not to love.
