Working for Beaverbrooks all year round is a fantastic privilege; however working in the Christmas period is extra special. It’s true, we work a large amount of hours; we get large amounts of replenishment stock everyday, but we also get a vast amount of customers that walk through our doors everyday too! And it's the customer interactions that make the days special.

Although some might be stressed, panicked, and anxious from the Christmas shopping, we provide a place of comfort, that allows our customers to feel at ease, and enables us to work with them in getting that special gift for their family, friends and work colleagues. Our range of beautiful jewellery pieces combined with our extensive product knowledge supports the customers in making the right decisions for the person that they may be buying for.

And it's not just the Christmas gifts that our customers are after, for some it's a time to propose to the love of their life. Sharing these moments are both thrilling and exciting, not just for the customer, but also for the team members, as the purchase of an engagement ring marks a great moment, and an everlasting memory.

Another memorable attribute about Christmas is the atmosphere amongst the team members. The team really work hard for each other, by supporting in sales, assisting in day-to-day procedures, and create an enjoyable environment to work in. I can't forget the all time Christmas favourites, that have everybody singing, especially team members, adding to the wonderful atmosphere.
