Bought this ring as a treat had it in 4 days and noticed a gem had come out returned ring to then wait 2 weeks and be told sorry its customer damage as the clasp has been damaged ie caught on something. OK so if I'd caught the ring on something OK clearly a design floor on the stone clasps to then be told I had to pay for a repair after wearing it for 4 days. Safe to say I'm not happy at all.

I brought this product back in august, for our wedding. It arrived with a stone missing. For me to be told to just take it to store, which then they said they didn’t have my size and was not stocking it (size I).. but online now you are stocking a size I again! Disappointed as it’s a lovely ring.

I got this as my wedding ring - just to wear as a dress ring when I go out to restaurants etc which is approx 1-2 times a month. I do not wear jewellery any other time. I got married abroad and in the week following, of wearing it just during the evenings for meals, two stones had fallen out. I took it into store, where I was informed it had been damaged through wear. I find this to be inconceivable as the most I’d done is hold a knife and fork/drinks. I was initially informed I would have to pay for the repairs myself. I pointed out that due to previous reviews of the ring (which I should have heeded, but this is the only ring I wanted after scouring every Jeweller imaginable), it may be that there’s a manufacturing flaw which causes it to be damaged easily. I said I would just take the ring back as it was, however the store kindly offered to pay for the repairs, which I appreciate greatly. If more stones come out then I would have to pay. I’ll just see how it goes. It’s such a pretty ring, and should be able to withstand a few evenings out. Conversely, I have a silver and cubic zirconia engagement ring from another well known high street jeweller that sells a lot of charms, and that has lasted 8 years and is still going strong.

My husband got me this for my wedding band. Thee most stunning and beautiful ring it really stands out and is really elegant. I’ve had so many compliments. I’ve had it for over a year now and no issues with any stones falling out or anything. Highly recommend
