I have the earrings and the matching necklace which were all bought from Beaverbrooks but am really disappointed with the bracelet, the heart is so scratched now you can hardly see the Gucci writing on it. I don’t wear it every day, and have had it for less than a month, assume it is a design fault but not a happy customer

Beautiful bracelet and so pleased with it, nice chunky heart. I would say the chain is a little delicate and will maybe only wear for special occasions incase it breaks. The size it comes in is quite small (17cm) but a quick visit back to Beaverbrooks and they ordered me a bigger size (19cm) and exchanged no problem

Had my delivery today, yes bracelet chain quite small,only just fitted,would have been better if it had a safety chain then you could adjust the size

My mother in law bought both the necklace and bracelet for my daughters 21st birthday 2 years ago within a couple of weeks the hearts began to tarnish, I got in touch with Beaverbrooks who sent out a silver jewellery cleaner, this removed some of the tarnishing but not all, I understand all jewellery will tarnish at some point but personally have not experienced this with previous Gold or silver pieces and for the prices we paid I am extremely disappointed & annoyed!

Got this for my Christmas to go with the necklace,find the bracelet awkward to put on yourself and quite a tight fit on wrist,should do it in different lengths
