    Very disappointed not worth £175, I expected it to be a larger plait but on arrival it was very fine and tinny

  • Not what I expected

    Having bought this online during lockdown it was difficult to ascertain the quality. However buying from beaverbrooks I expected it would be good. On receipt I was disappointed it was far thinner than I expected considering the price. It was for my sisters big birthday so really I did not have a chance to return it. Gave the gift but felt I had to say to her that 'it did cost more than it looks '

  • Too large

    Sadly it is too large so it will be returned when the shop reopens. However I did find it somewhat thinner than it appeared on the photograph and dare I say delicate.

  • Disappointed

    I bought this bracelet in store with money from my Mother after she passed away so it is sentimental to me. I loved it but unfortunately the plait has come undone twice now. I have been quoted £75 to repair it from Beaverbrooks. It needed replaiting & soldering. I think that is extortionate & refuse to pay it. I am extremely disappointed with this service especially as i give alot of custom to this company. I am now looking for another bracelet elsewhere.
