I bought this bracelet in store with money from my Mother after she passed away so it is sentimental to me. I loved it but unfortunately the plait has come undone twice now. I have been quoted £75 to repair it from Beaverbrooks. It needed replaiting & soldering. I think that is extortionate & refuse to pay it. I am extremely disappointed with this service especially as i give alot of custom to this company. I am now looking for another bracelet elsewhere.

I went into beaverbrooks in the Peterborough branch. I asked the lady what I was looking for & she brought 3 bracelets out for me. The lady said try them on & this was the one that caught my eye it’s perfect. The sales ladies are really lovely in this store. Since this visit & the service I received it’s the only place where I will go for my jewellery from now on! This bracelet looks even better on very comfortable & beautiful. Yes I would recommend this beautiful bracelet.
