I bought this watch for my son's 21st birthday, as he'd been admiring it for a long time. It was delivered the next day and extremely well packaged. The bracelet needed to made smaller, so he popped along to Beaverbrooks in Telford Town centre, where Ben was very helpful and altered the bracelet on the spot, while he waited. The watch is gorgeous and my son is so pleased with it. Excellent online and in store service - thank you.
