Lovely but has broken after just 6m
I love this bracelet and got it for my 30th as a gift. I wear it all the time but unfortunately a couple of weeks ago i was in the kitchen and found it lying on the floor with a couple of balls on the floor. Luckily this happened indoors and i was able to retrieve it all. I took it back immediately to beaverbrooks who exchanged it for a new one as it comes with a 12m guarantee. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again but notice there is another review saying the same thing happened to them!

I ordered the 18.5cm bracelet, when it arrived it had a chain made up of several links, it does not show this in the photo, if you connect the clasp to the bracelet it is only about 17cm, so I returned this and purchased the 20.5cm, this only had a chain with a couple of links, so is actually nearly the size stated, as shown in the photo, my wife loves the bracelet, but it is bigger than she would have liked

It is a lovely bracelet but for me unfortunately sizing wasn’t great, I ordered small as it’s adjustable but even on the biggest setting it was too small, reordered the largest bracelet but that was too big even with the setting on the tightest! The downside of ordering on the website. So sadly had to return both.

I really loved this bracelet as I wanted my grandsons initial on the heart. It felt of good quality and looked lovely on but unfortunately 18.5cm was too big for my wrist. It fell over my hand and felt it was getting in the way. I would have loved a smaller size but they don't do it in 17 or 17.5. Sadly I've had to return it.
