Showcasing the very essence which makes this iconic range unique, this modern and contemporary TAG Heuer Carrera automatic chronograph symbolises performance, craftsmanship and elegance. Fastened with a stylish fine brushed and polished stainless steel bracelet, the 41mm polished stainless steel case continues its bold and masculine lines and is finished with refined polished bezel. Protected by curved anti-scratch sapphire crystal glass with double anti-reflective treatment, the elegant silver dial features hand applied tonal faceted indexes and hands, as well as a tachymeter scale on the flange to enable average speed measurement. Elegantly accentuated with traditional azurage patterns as well as hand applied silver tone rings, the chronograph counters are located at 6, 9 and 12, with the date window also at 6. Water resistant to 100m, this fully integrated column-wheel chronograph is assembled from 320 components, and includes the iconic oscillating pinion patented by Edouard Heuer in 1887. Beautifully designed and finished, the Calibre 1887 automatic movement can be seen in action through the scratch resistant sapphire crystal caseback, and features rapid date correction and a power reserve of 50 hours.
