    These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing and ordering from this website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Any contract formed between ourselves shall be governed by English Law and any disputes that arise will be resolved exclusively in the Courts of England.

    The website is owned, operated and managed by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd (also referred to as Beaverbrooks, us, we, our) with registered details:

    Beaverbrooks The Jewellers Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is the broker and not the lender. Our registration number is 672561. Beaverbrooks The Jewellers Ltd offers credit products from Secure Trust Bank PLC trading as V12 Retail Finance, Pay Pal Credit and Klarna. Credit is provided subject to affordability, age and status. Minimum spend applies. Not all products offered by the panel of lenders are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd may receive commission from the lender for certain finance products, such as credit provided at 14.9% APR Representative. The amount of commission may vary depending on the product chosen and the amount of credit taken out. Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd will not receive any commission for interest free credit.     The goods on this website are intended for consumer use only and not for resell purposes or any other commercial enterprise. If you do wish to purchase items from us for a commercial purpose please contact our Customer Service Team who will potentially be able to verify the request.

  • Content & Amendments

    We take care and time to try and ensure our website is as accurate as possible, both in terms of prices displayed and description of products and services. All measurements displayed are approximate and any errors will be wholly unintentional. Orders will only be accepted should there be no material errors. We take no responsibility for colours of products not matching the colour displayed on your monitor as this depends entirely on the colour reproduction and capabilities of your screen.

    We may make changes to the website at any time without notice or warning, including:

    • Changes to these terms and conditions
    • Changes to promotions, offers and discounts
    • Changes to content and product information
    • Temporary or permanent withdrawal of the website
  • Pricing

    Prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT.

    Where Sale prices are quoted, the normal price will have applied either online or in-store for at least 28 consecutive days in the last six months.

    Whilst we endeavour to ensure all prices are correct at time of publication, we reserve the right to reject an order should there have been a material error in the price advertised at time of order.

  • Placing An Order

    Once you have completed your online purchase, we will send an email confirmation containing details of your order. This confirmation does not act as acceptance of your order as this is subject to the following:

    • The product being in-stock and available for delivery
    • The information and pricing being accurate
    • Fraud and identity checks being passed (for which we use 3rd party services)
    • Payment being authorised

    Subject to the above, we will despatch your order and send an email confirmation to let you know it’s on its way. It is at this point that a contract will exist under these terms and conditions.

  • Identity Checks

    We carry out identification checks on all card and finance orders to validate the details supplied within your order. This is to prevent against fraudulent activity and to promote a secure shopping experience. When carrying out checks, we use publicly available records such as the Electoral Roll and may elect third party services such as Experian to perform checks on our behalf. Should we suspect fraudulent activity we may need to contact you to verify your information. If your order fails identification checks, we reserve the right to refuse your order and cancel any pending payments.

    Whilst we’ll endeavour to meet your promised delivery date, if we do need to carry out further security checks, there may be a slight delay with your order.

  • Finance & Payments

    Finance is offered by V12 Retail Finance, Klarna and PayPal Credit. V12 Retail Finance are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Credit is subject to status. Terms and Conditions apply. Please note, V12 Retail Finance is only available online on items under £50,000. For items over £50,000, please contact our Customer Services team for free on 0800 169 2329.

    At time of ordering, we will contact your card issuer to authorise payment and validate that you have the relevant funds available. Should the card issuer authorise the payment we will place a hold on those funds to ensure they can be debited at time of despatch. This means you will be unable to access those funds within your account. We do not have knowledge of your card number. Instead, our payment processor sends us a secure token, which we store; we use this token to request the processor to debit the funds from your card, when we despatch your order.

    No charge will be made until your order is despatched.

    Should we need to cancel your order, we will release the ‘hold’ that we have over any funds. Please be aware that dependant on your bank it may take up to five working days before those funds become cleared again in your account.

    If you choose to pay for your order using Interest Free Credit your order must be delivered to your billing address or to a Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd store or Post Office using our Click & Collect service. Interest Free Credit is not available on orders delivered outside the UK.

    Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online or mail order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.

    Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods.

    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we may also offer you Pay Later and Pay in 3, depending on the value of your order. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Delivery

    We deliver to Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland addresses only.

    If you choose to pay for your order using Interest Free Credit your order must be delivered to your billing address or to a Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd store or Post Office using our Click & Collect service. Interest Free Credit is not available on orders delivered outside the UK.

    At the time of ordering, you will be advised of an approximate delivery estimate. Every effort is made to meet this delivery time although on rare occasions we may be unable to deliver your order within the advertised timeframe. Should this happen, we will notify you of the delay and offer a revised delivery estimate.

    Interest Free Credit applications are subject to our credit partner who require signed documentation before approving your application. Delivery times advertised will therefore commence when we have authorisation to proceed.

    Delivery times may also be affected by circumstances beyond our control. The only exception to this is if you have paid for Next Day Delivery and we have failed to meet the promised delivery date. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time frame, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to help. Find out more.

    Where a delivery time is quoted in days, this refers to ‘working days’ defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) when ordering before 1pm.

    As of 16th June 2015, all orders under £30 will be subject to a £2.95 charge for Standard UK Delivery. Click & Collect (delivery to store) is offered free of charge regardless of order value.

    If you decide to return your full order for a refund, any delivery charges paid will only be reimbursed if the item has been misrepresented by us or is damaged/faulty. If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time frame, please contact our Customer Service Team.

    The only exception to this is if you have paid for Next Day Delivery and we have failed to meet the promised delivery date.

    Click & Collect

    • Click & Collect is available on orders placed at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk
    • The Click & Collect service is provided free of charge.
    • Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
    • The collection date is dependent on the item and stock availability, but will be provided as an ‘estimated delivery date’ when you place your order.
    • Days quoted for delivery refer to working days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1pm and exclude bank holidays.
    • After 7 days has elapsed from the published delivery date, we will contact you to establish a collection date.
    • When collecting your order in store, you must show your Photo ID, a copy of your confirmation email and the original card used to pay for the order.
    • Orders can only be collected by the person placing and paying for the order. We are not authorised to hand the order over to any other persons.
    • If you need to cancel your order please contact Customer Services on 0800 169 2329.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Click & Collect service at our discretion.
    • These terms and conditions are in addition to our general terms and conditions of purchase.

    Royal Mail Local Collect

    • Local Collect is available on orders placed at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk
    • Local Collect is subject to availability and exclusions apply.
    • If Local Collect is available on your order, it will be presented as an option within the checkout.
    • The Local Collect service is provided free of charge.
    • The collection date is dependent on the item and stock availability, but will be provided as an ‘estimated delivery date’ when you place your order.
    • Days quoted for delivery refer to working days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1pm and exclude bank holidays.
    • Next Day Delivery is not available with Local Collect.
    • You have 18 days to collect your order from the date it is delivered to the Post Office. After this it will be returned back to our offices.
    • When collecting your order, you must have your tracking/identification number and one of the forms of identification listed above.
    • Orders can only be collected by the person placing and paying for the order.
    • If you need to cancel your order please contact Customer Services on 0800 169 2329.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Local Collect service at our discretion.
    • These terms and conditions are in addition to our general terms and conditions of purchase.
  • Our Guarantee To You

    We believe that all of our products are of the highest quality, so that’s why we guarantee all items against manufacturing defects. In the unfortunate case your item has a defect or isn’t as described, you can visit one of our Beaverbrooks stores or contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 0800 169 2329. Just make sure you have proof of purchase to hand. These rights are additional to and do not detract from your statutory rights.

    Please be advised that if you have your item altered, repaired, or adjusted by another jeweller or company, then this will invalidate your guarantee and render it void. To protect the guarantee, all work must be carried out by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd (or a third party company working on behalf of Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd).

  • Buy With Confidence

    We’re certain that you’ll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it’s not right, we’ll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Simply return the unworn item to us in its original packaging and with all relevant receipts and documentation within 30 days of purchase. This offer does not include personalised items or special orders (see below) and does not affect your statutory rights.

    For all items purchased online and delivered within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, we offer free returns by post. For returns in the Republic of Ireland, you will be required to post the item back to our in-country returns centre.

    We offer free returns by post for all web orders within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. For returns outside the UK, you will be required to post the item back to our Returns Centre

    To return your item by post from within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, please follow these easy steps:

    1. Detach the returns form from the bottom of your despatch note and complete the information.
    2. Package your item up, ensuring the completed returns form is included in the parcel and the pre-paid returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel.
    3. Take the item to the Post Office and ask for proof of postage.

    Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

    If you can’t find your returns label, please contact our Customer Services team free on 0800 169 2329 who will be happy to send you a replacement label. Alternatively you can use the address below, but please be aware that without a pre-paid returns label the Post Office will charge you to send your package back to us:

    You can also call in to any of our UK stores to return your item, where they will be happy to give you a refund, or exchange. Find your nearest Beaverbrooks.

    Please note: Orders paid for using PayPal or Interest Free Credit need to be sent to the above address in order for us to process your refund.

    To return your item by post from the Republic of Ireland, please follow these steps:

    1. Fill in the returns form overleaf and ensure this is included in the parcel, along with the item in its original packaging.
    2. Send the item back to the address shown below (we recommend sending the item back using a tracked post service).

    3. Our delivery partner in Ireland will forward your return to us and we’ll process your refund/exchange within 3 days of receiving it.

    Please be aware that we’re unable to refund the cost incurred to post the item back to our Returns Centre in Ireland.

  • Special Orders

    We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • Copyright & Intellectual Property

    All website content, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights available when using this website shall remain the property of Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd or its suppliers. Permission is given to all purchasers to electronically copy and print sections of this site for personal non-commercial use only and for the sole purpose of using this website. Any other use, without the written permission of Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd, is strictly prohibited.

    Any treatments to gemstones sold by Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd are common to the Gem and Jewellery trade worldwide and are of a permanent nature. All our gemstones, such as ruby, emeralds, sapphire, amethyst, opal and aquamarine, are natural gemstones and have not been created in a laboratory. Any synthetic versions of gemstones which we sell are clearly identified / described as synthetic, ie, Morganite.

    The prize

    Free Gifts

    Gifts are available via qualifying purchases made online at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk and at all Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd stores nationwide.

    The promotional Gift Card must be used in full or part payment, in one single transaction only. Any remaining unspent balance will be deducted to zero after the transaction.

    Free £150 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £1,000 - £1,999.99.

    Free £250 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £2,000 - £4,999.99.

    Free £350 Gift Card available with selected full-price watch purchases £5,000 and above.

    One single Gift Card will be available per qualifying watch purchased, per customer. For every additional qualifying watch purchased, an additional Gift Card will be available.

    Gifts are available via qualifying purchases made online at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk and at all Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd stores nationwide.

    If a Gift is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Beaverbrooks’ control, a Gift which in Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd sole discretion is of equal or greater value will be provided.

    Gift Card terms and conditions

    Once activated at point of qualifying sale, the promotional Gift Cards can then be used as full or part payment in any UK Beaverbrooks store and online at beaverbrooks.co.uk.

    Promotional Gift Cards will be fulfilled with all online and in-store orders at point of purchase.

    The promotional Gift Card when loaded is to the value stated exactly on the card and / or transactional receipt, and can be used immediately upon receipt.

    The promotional Gift Card will expire exactly 6 months from activation/qualifying sale, and once expired the balance will be deducted to zero.

    The monies on this card cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Please protect the card and treat it as cash, the balance cannot be returned if it is lost or stolen.

    The promotional Gift Card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, repairs, or insurance.

    The promotional Gift Card is non-transferable.

    The promotional Gift Card must be used in a single transaction and any unspent money will be void.

    Exclusions

    This promotion excludes all OMEGA and Breitling watches, pre-owned watches, TAG Heuer Connected watches and / or discounted (sale) watches.

    Vouchers or discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our free Gift Card offer (regardless of gift type). Customers must choose either the voucher/ discount code, or free Gift.

    Returns

    Should a customer wish to return a qualifying watch purchased during this promotion, the customer must return both their Gift Card and original qualifying watch purchased together un-used for a full refund.

    If the free Gift is not returned un-used with the watch when refunded, Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to deduct the value of the Gift Card from the refund value.

    In addition, for purchases made by V12 Retail Finance a refund will not be given unless the Gift(s) are returned un-used.

    Exchanges

    If a customer exchanges a qualifying watch for a non-qualifying watch, the Gift Card must be returned un-used and unspent in order to receive an exchange. Otherwise Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd reserves the right to deduct the full value of the Gift Card from the exchange sale. Value of gifts correct as of October 2023. The exact value of the Gift may vary at time of purchase. If a customer exchanges for a qualifying watch, Gift Cards do not need to be returned.

    Beaverbrooks the Jewellers will take all reasonable steps to monitor the quantity of Gifts available both in-store and online, and will withdraw all live promotion in-store and online should the quantity of Gifts available run below reasonable levels considered for promotion. Beaverbrooks reserves the right to withdraw, change or cancel the promotion at any time. Beaverbrooks’ decision in all matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    1. This card will entitle you to £100 off when you spend £500 or more on Beaverbrooks diamonds and jewellery (excluding branded jewellery and watches) online or in any Beaverbrooks the Jewellers Ltd store.
    2. This card can be used only once.
    3. Only one card can be used per transaction and per customer.
    4. This card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    5. This card cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, repairs or JWI.

    Discount Codes

    1. Discount codes are valid on full priced items only, excluding delivery.
    2. The offer excludes any promotions including Sale.
    3. The offer cannot be used on purchases of pre-owned watches and smartwatches including TAG Heuer Connected and Michael Kors Access.
    4. The offer cannot be used on purchases of gift cards and cleaning products.
    5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with the free watch gift promotion.
    6. One promotional code to be used per transaction only.
    7. The discount code can be applied under ‘Promo Code’ in the shopping bag and will only be applied when all above conditions are met.
