Perfect for when you are unable to wait at home for your order to be delivered, our Click & Collect option is offered free of charge at all of our UK stores or at your local Post Office branch using Royal Mail Local Collect.

Our free Click & Collect and Local Collect services mean you can now have your parcels delivered to a convenient location without having to wait at home.

Once you have placed your order online your delivery date will be provided on your confirmation email. We will let you know when your order has been despatched and will send you a tracking number so that you can check when your item has been delivered to store.

Payment

Payment for your order will be taken in full from your debit/credit card when your order is despatched. You won’t need to pay anything when you get to store, but please bring the card you purchased your item with to verify that the order belongs to you.

Collecting Your Order

To protect your purchase, you must collect your item in person, we are not authorised to let anyone else pick it up on your behalf.

For security reasons we will need to make some checks before we process your collection. Please bring the following items along with you:

  • Photo ID (Driving Licence, Passport, Citizen Card)
  • Payment card
  • Your confirmation email

You will need to sign for your order, at which time we will check that your signature matches that of your payment card.

Orders need to be collected within 7 days of being received at store. If you have been unable to collect it by this time the team will contact you to check when you will be able to get to store.

Terms and conditions

  • Click & Collect is available on orders placed at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk
  • The Click & Collect service is provided free of charge.
  • Payment must be made in full by credit or debit card at the time of ordering.
  • The collection date is dependent on the item and stock availability, but will be provided as an ‘estimated delivery date’ when you place your order.
  • Days quoted for delivery refer to working days (Monday-Friday) for orders placed before 1pm and exclude bank holidays.
  • After 7 days has elapsed from the published delivery date, we will contact you to establish a collection date.
  • When collecting your order in store, you must show your Photo ID, a copy of your confirmation email and the original card used to pay for the order.
  • Orders can only be collected by the person placing and paying for the order. We are not authorised to hand the order over to any other persons.
  • If you need to cancel your order please contact Customer Services on 0800 169 2329.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw the Click & Collect service at our discretion.
  • These terms and conditions are in addition to our general terms and conditions of purchase.
Royal Mail Local Collect

COLLECTING YOUR ORDER AT THE POST OFFICE® USING LOCAL COLLECT

If you’re using Royal Mail’s Local Collect service, your order will be delivered to your chosen Post Office branch for you to collect at your convenience. You will be notified when your order leaves us and when it is delivered at your chosen Post Office.

To collect your order, you will need the tracking number provided in your despatch confirmation along with one of the following forms of identification. This identification must match the billing details provided in checkout:

  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Bank/Building Society Book
  • Valid Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Photo Identity Card (Foreign National, Military, Police Warrant, Royal Mail Employee)

Orders need to be collected within 18 days of being received at the Post Office, after which time Royal Mail will return the parcel to our offices.

  • Local Collect is available on orders placed at www.beaverbrooks.co.uk
  • Local Collect is subject to availability and exclusions apply.
  • If Local Collect is available on your order, it will be presented as an option within the checkout.
  • The Local Collect service is provided free of charge.
