Beaverbrooks the Jewellers is a family owned jewellery retailer with over 60 stores across the UK employing approximately 800 people. We take our business values from our family owners and manifest them through a publicly advertised document known as ‘The Beaverbrooks Way’. It sets out ‘how we do things around here’, not what we do, and is appended to this document to provide an understanding of the framework for our business.

This covers every element and process within our business. Ultimate accountability to ensure initial and ongoing compliance is with the owner Directors of Beaverbrooks, who delegate the day to day operations to their Executive team.
