Christmas Cheer - Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to entrants over the age of 18 for one day only, on Thursday 11 December 2025.
2. The competition opens and closes at the opening and closing times for each participating store. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
4. To take part, entrants must visit any participating Beaverbrooks store on Thursday 11th December 2025 and say the following competition entry code to a member of the store team:
   • "Merry Christmas Beaverbrooks!"
     The code word can be accompanied by the following festive gestures, although entries will only be applicable if the competition entry code is clearly stated to a member of the team:
   • Wearing festive attire such as a Christmas-themed jumper, reindeer antlers, bells, tinsel, or Santa hat
   • Singing a Christmas carol or Christmas-themed song to a member of the store team
   • Bringing a festive item into the store such as mistletoe, or a Christmas card
5. Each participating Beaverbrooks store will have a total of five Beaverbrooks gift cards available, awarded to the first five eligible participants who fulfil the entry requirements of the competition. Gift cards will be awarded at the discretion of the store team. Each gift card is worth £50 and is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. One gift card per person. No purchase necessary. Store opening times may vary and participants should check with their local store.
6. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Beaverbrooks reserves the right to refuse participation or withdraw the promotion if any activity is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
7. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into about it.
8. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
10. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for prize draw administration and will be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy.
12. By accepting the prize, the winning entries agree to be included in marketing material, including promotional photography and/or video, which may be used across the Beaverbrooks website, social media platforms, and distributed to local and national media.
13. The prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
