  This year, Black Friday will take place on Friday 28th November 2025.

  You can expect plenty of silver, gold, diamonds and of course, your favourite fashion brands.

• How do I know my wrist size?

• How do I know my ring size?

  If you're getting ready to shop rings in our Black Friday Sale, get ahead and discover your ring size with our helpful guide. Alternatively you can visit your nearest store and our experts will be able to help you out.

• How do I get the best Black Friday 2025 deals?

  If you sign up to The Beaverbrooks Club, you’ll be the first to get notified about our Black Friday Sale. That means you can start saving straight away!

• How long does delivery take?

  Your Black Friday jewellery or watch purchase will arrive within two working days for standard delivery orders placed before 4pm. For next day delivery orders placed before 8pm Monday – Friday and 7pm Saturday – Sunday, your order will arrive the next working day.

• What delivery options do you offer?

  We offer Standard Delivery (free on orders over £30), Next Day Delivery (free on orders over £75), Nominated Day Delivery (free on orders over £350), Click & Collect (free on orders over £30) or Reserve In-Store. Find out more on our delivery options here.

• What payment options do you offer?

  You can pay for your Black Friday purchase in full using a Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Interest Bearing Credit (V12 Retail Finance) and Beaverbrooks gift cards.

• Can I return my item(s) even though I purchased from the Black Friday sale?

  We hope you love your Black Friday jewellery or watch, but just in case it’s not right for you, you can return your unworn item within 30 days via post or your nearest store. Just make sure it’s in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or despatch invoice). Find out more information here.

• Can I finance an item from the Black Friday 2025 sale?

  You can spread the cost with up to 2 years 0% APR or 3 years 9.9% APR Representative credit on Black Friday watches and jewellery. On orders over £50 you can also shop with Klarna. Terms & conditions apply, find out more here.

• Can I exchange my item if I bought the wrong size?

  Providing the alternative size is in stock, you can exchange your Black Friday purchase within 30 days via post or your nearest store. Just make sure it’s unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Find out more information here.

• Will my order arrive before Christmas 2025?
