    I bought this for my husbands birthday 31st March 2020, by Easter Sunday ( 12th April) the Hugo Boss square badge fell out! Luckily my husband found it and had to glue it back in! I will be going into Beaverbrooks when the store reopens!

  • Disappointed


    Purchased this item as a stocking filler for Christmas The item looks lovely on the website but when it arrived I was disappointed with the quality and packaging. I bought this item as well as other things as I had a £50 discount voucher if spending £200 even with the discount I don’t think the items were worth what I paid so will not be purchasing from this company again Think I will probably buy in store in future

  • Broke within a month


    I bought for this for my boyfriend on Christmas & we were both happy with the appearance but within a month it fell apart & he had to glue it together

  • Really disappointed.


    I bought this for my husband's birthday at the beginning of January along with the Hugo boss watch. He was absolutely over the moon with them both. However, after only wearing it for 2 weeks, the leather has come away from the clasp and I cant see a way to fix it. I dont think this is acceptable for an item costing the best part of £50!

  • Seal Bracelet


    My daughter bought me this for my Birthday present and it fell apart considerig it is branded by Hugo Boss it is very bad way of manufactered item. Consider that she paid good money for it, and I can not go to the store and sort it out. I am making a formal compaint to your company that I am dissapointed with this service

  • Bad quality


    My daughter bought this bracelet for my birthday and it dropped off my hand. I thought Iwas getting good quality goods but it does not look that way it does not do Hugo Boss any good.

  • bracelet clasp


    bought bracelt for my son last christmas never worn for longer than 2 hrs clasp keeps opening I was going to bring it back but due to illness didnt then thought it was too late it was the armarni leather

  • Missing stamp


    Bought as a gift and the black Hugo boss stamp has fallen out, not good quality at all for this product having paid £50 for it.
