  • Ring fine, service appaling


    I ordered this ring for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary, I paid the extra amount for special delivery so that it would arrive on the day. But I had an email saying that they had a problem with delivery and it would be late. It finally came a few days later (the same time if not later than what was described on the web site as being standard delivery) But Beaverbrooks still took the additional delivery money. So I paid for something I did not get. I know its a small thing and a small amount of money for the special delivery, but it really put a damper on what should have been a special day. I will not be buying on line from Beaverbrook again as they cannot be trusted.

  • Beautiful Ring, Poor Quality


    Recieved this gift for mine and my partners anniversary when it arrived one of the blue stones was missing which is disappointing however the customer service team were extremely helpful.
