I bought the bangle for a friend's 70th birthday as I thought it looked lovely on the website illustration. I was slightly surprised when it arrived at the thinness of the bangle although it was very attractive. My worry is that it may snap easily but as her birthday was imminent, I decided to give it to her anyway and hope that a problem doesn't develop. I have always been satisfied with the many items previously purchased through the years from Beaverbrooks but this is where having to shop on line can be difficult.
