  • Never again

Received as a gift for Christmas and within hours of wearing it it snapped into two pieces. Took it to Beaverbooks on Boxing day where an "air bubble" was discovered and it was then sent off and replaced. Wore the replacement bracelet about three times and on the third wear it broke again so staff sent it off where I was then informed the cause of the snap was "accidental damage", but it quite literally fell apart when fastening the clasp. Paid £30 for a replacement and wore the third replacement once and it quite literally fell apart again. Recently took it to Beaverbrooks where they claimed it was my fault and had to pay £45 for it to be fixed and it would be 5mm shorter upon return. Won't be purchasing anything from Beaverbrooks in the future, very frustrated and disappointed. Avoid.
