Bought as gift and after first time wearing the rose gold plating has started to tarnish. It was not worn in shower. Shop would not credit me as they said it was not a manufacturing fault. Instead they said they would send it to be re-coated and offered to do this for free as I had not had it for very long. Im very disappointed that they did not at least replace it. I will not buy anything from this shop again. I do have a special birthday coming up when I intended to spend quite a lot of money on a special piece of jewellery but will certainly not buy from this shop as worried about poor support if there are any problems.

This necklace slays. My mother bought this necklace almost three years ago for me for my 16th birthday, my 19th birthday is next week. I have worn this necklace everyday for the past few years so of course there are some tarnishes from everyday wear and tear. I have come back to repurchase this necklace as it is absolutely beautiful and at a festival back in September I lost it. I love this piece so much as it is so dainty so I cannot wait to be wearing it again.
