This is my engagement ring and I do love it, it glitters and catches light beautifully. But it is a yellow gold ring dipped in rhodium. Since getting engaged I've had to get it redipped numerous times. The manager of the Beaverbrooks it was purchased from either says this is normal for white gold or I'm exposing it to things to make the yellow show through quicker. Not true, my wedding ring is 18ct white gold (not from Beaverbrooks) and has never needed redipping. I'd get the platinum version but it may damage my wedding ring as platinum is harder.

This is third time of me submitting a review for this ring (my engagement ring) The two previous reviews Beaverbrooks removed after a short time as they clearly didn't like what I wrote. I love my engagement ring, its beautiful but I recommend if you pick this design you buy it in platinum as in white gold, it is is yellow gold dipped in rhodium not a mix of metals to maintain its colour longer. I have had to have my ring redipped in rhodium far too often. Despite taking very good care of it, it yellows quickly and looks odd next to my white gold wedding ring (bought from a different jeweller)

My fiance bought me this ring and I cannot stop staring at it. It is just absolutely beautiful! The staff at Beaverbrooks are also amazing and super helpful!
