Shoddy Customer service
Purchased watch in July 2018, problems with timekeeping and sluggish crown wheel forced me to take back to store on 19/01/2019, receipt says estimated return on 06/03/2019, two months later I have heard nothing, tried to call store on four occasions to no avail. Good Customer Service, I think not

Brought this online and cannot fault the service, ordered this in the evening and communication was fantastic. There was regular text messages alerting me to the delivery and even a message to confirm I had the watch. Can not fault anything as the watch is perfect
