The item is beautiful, and ordering, purchase and delivery were excellent, but - bought as a surprise for my wife - it was larger than anything she normally wears, so we decided to return it, as she wouldn't feel comfortable with it (no criticism of the item itself, just not her style). The arrangement for returns was really easy, label etc. provided, and the refund was very quick. Exemplary service all round.
