  • Chain gone very dull


    Disappointed in the chain as it’s gone quite dull and not shiny anymore was really excited to get this for my birthday in August but feel disappointed with the chain

  • Broke within 8 months of occasional wear


    Don't waste your money. This item broken within 8 months of occasional weekend wear. Took it back, was sent off for 'inspection' as I was initially accused of it being my fault, I had explained I had to nip the link together to stop it going missing but it was like I was getting the blame for something that was clearly faulty as Beaverbrooks said the link should have been welded. It wasn't. Called me 3 weeks later to say it would be £45 to replace the link and clean it. Nevertheless told them to just get the necklace back to me unrepaired. Two weeks later got another call to say I could buy a new one for £55. No thanks just give me my necklace back please! 5 weeks later I got my necklace back minus the missing link so it is now useless!!!! Wouldn't mind Mr Earnest Jones said they'd repair it for free and it wasn't even theirs but I thought I'd do the right thing by going back to Beaverbrooks, how wrong was I? Also bought a bracelet that I have worn twice and the claw fastener lever has snapped off, not even wasting my time going back to store. Lesson learned.
