I attended solihull touchwood on the 11/05/21 as i had been left some money from my parents my assistant Sabah who served me was top draw from the moment i arrived until the moment i left the whole experience was unreal i have dreamt of being able to buy such an expensive watch and that came true thanks to my parents and the service from Sabah i will never forget.

I went to look at my watch 3 times before purchasing it and the staff were amazing at Beaverbrooks at craigmiller in Edinburgh and will definitely be my 1st next time

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Becky and looking at several TAG Models, due to the friendly warm welcome and the offer to try some watches on I decided to take her up on the offer. After several try ones we started to narrow down the models to what I liked and disliked, I mainly was looking at TAG due to the bulletproof build quality of my existing Aquaracer that has been used everyday for over 20 Years After a while myself and my wife were offered a drink which was a very nice touch, I was also offered to try on some other brands Omega and Breitling that I had seen online Becky was engaged all the way through and very charming, with just the right amount of genuine interest and conversation, eventually we all agreed that the Formula 1 ceramic automatic was the watch that suited me best We had never thought of buying a watch today but because of the fantastic service and product knowledge of Becky we did and I am looking forward to Christmas Day when I can open my beautifully wrapped watch of my dreams Incredible service and nice to also meet the manager of the branch who we thanked for the faultless service received from all the staff, this branch like Becky is a credit to Beaverbrooks
