  • Silver bow Earrings


    I ordered these earrings for a gift for my niece. When they arrived they were a totally different pair to what I ordered. I spoke to a lady at customer services who did offer to do a free next day delivery but I had to return the incorrect ones before they could send them out to me. I needed them fairly urgently and because I couldn’t get to the post office that day to make the return and also because I was so disappointed in the fact that someone hadn’t checked the package before sending I asked for a full refund. They did refund but only the cost of the earrings but not the postage. As this was their error I would have thought I should have had this refunded too. I telephoned them again and they agreed I should have been refunded. I have since received this and a nice apology gesture of a voucher. At the end of the day though all I wanted was the product I ordered.

  • Too loose


    Bought these earrings for my 5-year old who absolutely loves them. Look super cute on but quickly became loose and subsequently we’ve lost one. Extremely disappointing.
