They are amazing really helpful and nothing is to much trouble after having a terrible experience at ernest Jones with a beautiful replacement engagement ring my husband brought me for our 15 years together to be told that I couldn’t have this ring in my size as my finger is a size f my husband took me straight round to Beaverbrooks where I was a total magpie and quite a few beautiful rings caught my eye the girls were so lovely and assured me whatever ring I picked could be made especially to fit my finger outstanding customer service I’m in love with this ring.
