We will swim the deepest oceans and climb the highest mountains to get your order to you within 7 working days, if we can't make it, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
When we post your order you'll be e-mailed so you know it is on it's way.
Listed below are the exceptions to when you may not receive your purchase within the 7 working day delivery service.
Fraud
Here at Beaverbrooks we do all we can to stop fraudulent transactions. Our checks are essential and completed as standard for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business.
If an order does not pass the security checks in place then we will contact the card holder to confirm whether the order is valid.
Ring sizes
When a ring order is placed, a ring size must be chosen. From time to time we may not have stock of the specific ring size you require. This means that we must order your ring from one of our Beaverbrooks stores or direct from our supplier.
We try to stock a large quantity of all the rings we sell to avoid this happening, although every now and then the more popular sizes may be out of stock. If we don’t have stock of the ring size you require then we will still aim to fulfill your order within the 7 working day delivery service. If we cannot fulfill your order within this time frame then we will contact you to discuss the options available to you.
