Delivery Information
We offer FREE DELIVERY on absolutely everything (UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland).
We’ll aim to get your order sent out to you as quickly as possible and with the exception of rings* you can expect to receive it within 5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Subject to stock availability, we’re often able to despatch your order the same day if placed before 1pm. All items will be packaged to perfection and posted by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery; you will be e-mailed the tracking number so you can check the progress of your order.
Where 'next day delivery' is quoted this refers to the next working day for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday
Please note: Every product carries its own individual delivery date which is advertised clearly on all product pages (see below). For an accurate estimated delivery date we ask you to refer to the product page in question.

*Whilst we stock all ring sizes, there are occasions in which the more popular sizes may be out of stock and we have to order your ring in specially from a Beaverbrooks store, or direct from the supplier. We therefore ask you to allow up to 10 working days for any ring orders. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order within this time frame then we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Exceptions to Delivery Times
There are exceptions where we are unable to deliver your order within the timeframe advertised, these are detailed below:
Fraud
Here at Beaverbrooks we do all we can to stop fraudulent transactions. Our checks are essential and completed as standard for each and every transaction to protect the security of both our customers and our business. If an order does not pass the security checks in place then we will contact the card holder to confirm whether the order is valid.
Interest Free Credit
Due to the process involved with Interest Free Credit we cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the individual time stated. For more information Click here
Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed or posted on bank holidays and so we ask you to make allowances when ordering before or during public holidays. For an estimated delivery date please refer to the product page.
Weather Conditions
During periods of adverse weather conditions we may be unable to meet the delivery times advertised. Please be assured though that we will do all we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Packaged to Perfection
We despatch all of our jewellery in our own beautiful packaging. It’s designed to enhance your buying experience by making it extra special and keep your precious items protected.
All Branded jewellery and watches will be supplied in the Brand’s own box or pouch, which will then be wrapped in our purple tissue paper and if it’s a gift, then you can relax, because from the outside, the delivery packaging is completely anonymous so the cat will always remain firmly in the bag!
