Hi, my name is Mike and I’ve worked for Beaverbrooks since 2007. As soon as I joined, the culture was infectious and I immediately felt the pride and passion from everyone for the work that they do.
Within this time I’ve grown both personally and professionally. I love the fact that we are encouraged to let our personalities shine through and that we are treated as individuals.
Creating wonderful experiences for all our customers is the most rewarding part of my job. I’m so privileged to be able to share milestone moments in our customers’ lives.
The highlight of my career so far was enrolling onto the Management Development Programme. I have learnt so much, including how to get the best from people through coaching and motivation, as well as helping people develop and reach their potential.
We all belong to a very special family and the pride we all have for our jobs and Beaverbrooks is outstanding, I have never worked anywhere which has that special bond.
