Customer Service Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Customer Service Coordinator. As part of your role you will be responsible for a variety of duties such as undertaking general housekeeping, store admin and paperwork as well as answering the phone. You will also deal with any stock queries, deposit & repair checks, complete month end procedures and produce & review product figures and stats for management meetings. Whilst this role will be mainly office based, you will be also be customer facing and sell for a minimum of 2 days per month.

You will confidently advise customers on purchases, whilst ensuring to put the customer first. A friendly and positive attitude is needed within this role.
