Buyers Support Department Team Member

Salary - £15,750 - £16,750 per annum (dependant on experience)

Hours - Full time 37.5 hours per week

Contract - Permanent

Location - Lytham St Annes, Lancashire

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Buyers Support Department Team Member to join Beaverbrooks, one of the largest jewellery retailers in the UK.

The Buyers Support team at Beaverbrooks play a crucial role in ensuring product reaches our stores and is available for our customers to purchase. The department plays an important role in all elements of the product life cycle, including, but not limited to:

  • Item Creation
  • Ordering and Delivery management
  • Ranging and Profiling
  • Stock Movements and Transfers
  • Sale and Promotional Pricing
  • Reporting

As part of the Buyers Support team you will have a major part to play in the above elements, helping ensure product is in the right place, at the right time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a department which has a very diverse spectra of responsibility, and your role will support our Buying and Merchandising team, Office Colleagues, Stores and Suppliers to have access to the information they need.


  • Working collaboratively with the Buyers Support department and other internal departments
  • Working closely with, and assisting, the Buying and Merchandising team
  • New Line management, placing of new lines
  • Sample management, ensuring samples are available for photography
  • Stock management, ensuring orders are on schedule
  • Reporting and communicating information, both internally and externally
